Instructions:

1. Please select your preferred field trip type at left.

2. Select the date on the calendar that you would like to visit.

3. Click your arrival time at right followed by your departure time. Departure time is 2 hours from arrival time UNLESS you plan for your group to bring their lunch and eat at the museum. Groups that will bring their lunch and eat in our cafeteria may select a departure time. 2.5 hours from arrival time. There is a $20 fee for the additional half hour of lunch time.

Please note:

Tuesdays are available for groups of 20 to 40 students. The museum is open to the general public during this time.

Wednesdays are available for groups of 40 to 80 students. The museum is not open to the general public during this time.

Groups with fewer than 20 students should contact the museum at 413-572-4014 to book their field trip.
